Jacqui Reich, counsellor and coach

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Jacqui Reich, a qualified integrative counsellor with a Master's Degree in Psychology. I take a person-centred approach, meaning I work with you as a whole person, not a label or problem to be fixed. Whether you're feeling anxious or low, questioning your direction, managing long-term stress, or just needing space to be heard, we’ll work at your pace and in a way that fits you.

I bring together a background in psychology, counselling and many years of experience in the corporate world, where I worked as a coach, mentor and facilitator. My practice is informed by evidence-based training, but just as importantly by the people I’ve worked with: professionals under pressure, adults experiencing anxiety and self-doubt, people with neurodiversity, and those facing major life shifts or loss.
